Customer Review

Customer Review

Customer satisfaction is our main focus and with a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 we can rest easy knowing our clients are more than happy.

Our customer based in Yorkshire has 26 biomass boilers providing heat for their 6 poultry sites. With ETA, Kriger and Ekopal boilers across their portfolio, Myriad put together a bespoke biomass boiler service and maintenance plan to support their in house maintenance teams. With a main focus to keep the boilers running, we agreed a call out response time and procedure to minimise downtime and any potential RHI loss.

Within 5 months of taking over from the previous service provider, our customer immediately saw a difference in how Myriad service a boiler and we have worked to improve the condition, reliability, and efficiency of the boilers. Here's what the customer had to say:

"Trustworthy, slightly more expensive than others but they provide a great service so worth every penny!"

"I wish I had made the change 2 years ago"

"I see the value in what you are doing"
