- Site visit and detailed site survey
- Engage with planners to ascertain key planning hurdles
- Engage with environmental permitting officers to produce Environmental Management System, Accident Management Plan, Fire Prevention Plan etc as required.
- Initial design and costing of the solar PV system
- Initial design and costing of grid connection installation
- Initial design and costing of site infrastructure including fencing, equipment housing, foundations, CCTV, security etc.
- Preparation and submission of the DNO application
- Preparation and submission of the planning pre-application
- Engage with electricity suppliers to establish expected export income
- Engage with carbon trading brokers to establish expected carbon offset income
- Production of a cost model against baseline generation figures
