In the unfortunate situation where your boiler has broken down and you do not have heating, we will categorise your breakdown as a high priority. We may be able to get you back up and running over the phone so please call our helpline on 0203 189 0666 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not in a service contract with Myriad and your normal service provider can’t help you, call us anyway and we will see what we can do. The great news is if you do enter into a Service contract with Myriad then we can provide over the phone technical support which may remove the need for a visit by one of our engineers.

Myriad Engineers Coronavirus Policy
All our engineers will undertake the following measures when visiting a site:
If visiting any property where someone may be infected (we will ask before arrival) we will make the visit but only if the Client is in a separate room.
We will always keep at least 2m from anyone on site irrespective of whether they are showing symptoms or not
We will use our own tools, pens, etc
Our engineers have hand cleaning materials which they will use regularly
As we often need assistance from our customers to gain access to site and the plant room your co-operation is appreciated.
