Myriad Awarded Multi-Site Care Home Biomass Service Contract

Myriad Awarded Multi-Site Care Home Biomass Service Contract

Myriad have been awarded the contract to service and maintain the biomass boilers for an award winning care home group. With 6 ETA boilers across their sites in Norfolk our strong pool of local trained engineers with the correct accreditations and experience, along with our tailored approach to meet the clients requirements meant we were best placed to support the client.

The key criteria is that they have heat 24/7 for their residents. We were able to put together a bespoke plan to work with the care home group and an existing third party for planned service work and call-out response to meet tight KPI levels. Myriad will be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the boilers are running reliably and efficiently and any issues are resolved swiftly for continuity of heat.

Myriad are a specialist Biomass installation, service and maintenance company with almost 20 years of experience and are fully accredited to MCS040 standards.

Biomass boiler owners will need to provide evidence to OFGEM that their service engineer is accredited. If you want a fully accredited service company then contact the Myriad service team at sales@myriadservice.co.uk  or on 0203 189 0666
