Myriad have secured a contract to supply and install a new 500kW biomass boiler into a poultry farmner in the Midlands. Myriad purchased a 500kW tariff from a failed boiler and are in the process of transferring this to the brand new installation.

Myriad installed a 995kW biomass wood chip boiler at the site in 2014 and this new boiler will increase the total biomass heating power at the site to 1.5MW.

The new boiler will share the same fuel store and will be fitted with a central -ash-removal system which brings all the ash from both boilers to a central skip to make ash disposal ver simple.
