- 7am to 9pm weekdays

Terms, Conditions & Exclusions

  • Telephone technical support does not guarantee that a breakdown will be resolved and a site visit may still be required.
  • Any engineers visits are chargeable and are not included in the technical support.
  • Telephone technical support does not cover the costs of any replacement parts that may be required.

The premium SLA package provides contract customers with technical support via telephone from our UK based technical support team.

- 7am to 9pm weekdays
- 8am to 6pm weekends
