Project Partnership
With the Wates family as Myriad’s majority shareholder, Narberth Road will be delivered by a renewables partner that shares Wates Residential’s values, standards and long term commitment to sustainable communities. Myriad have delivered a bespoke PV and battery storage system with the result being a development generating an estimated 240 MWh of clean electricity and saving around 43 tonnes of CO₂ every year.
Installation Details
At 234 kWp, this residential solar PV project in Cardiff provides renewable energy across 59 new build properties. The system design incorporates 530 LONGI 440W panels, alongside FoxESS hybrid inverters and 306.8 kWh of battery storage. Myriad's optimised system designs are forecast to generate ~240 MWh of renewable electricity annually, representing an estimated carbon saving of 41,000 kg CO₂ per year.
Contract Structure
Working under Wates Residential, Myriad delivered the specialist solar PV package, including system design, equipment supply, installation, electrical works, monitoring, testing and commissioning.
