For more than two decades, Myriad has installed tens of thousands of PV panels and battery systems. The benefits of our expertise, bespoke system designs, and dedicated service & maintenance engineers are undeniable.
Myriad partnered with MBP Door Solutions to deliver a 467 kWp rooftop solar PV system at its West Bromwich manufacturing and distribution site. As an energy intensive manufacturing and distribution facility, the West Bromwich site presented a strong opportunity for solar utilisation, with the system designed to maximise generation across two large industrial roofs and help offset significant daytime electricity demand. The project also takes on the next step to sustainable practices alongside their responsible sourcing of timber.
Myriad carefully designed and installed a 467.55 kWp array around the available roof space, with existing skylights kept clear in line with MBP’s requirements. the system of 1,039 high output Trina Solar modules was combined with four Solis 100K-5G-Pro inverters for maximum efficiency. Designed for direct on site use the system is forecast to produce 435,198 kWh annually and save approximately 90 tonnes of CO₂ each year.
Myriad’s involvement covered detailed system design and generation modelling, planning and grid applications, procurement and installation of the PV and electrical systems, full commissioning and performance optimisation, with ongoing monitoring and maintenance support.
