Further to the planned visits, Myriad Plantroom Services have carried out remedial works highlighted on the service visits, and reacted to boiler faults and issues reported by the client within response times as defined by the standard Myriad Service Level Agreement.

The has resulted in the client renewing their contract with Myriad annually since 2016.

Myriad have also been supplying wood pellet fuel to the site on an on-demand basis since September 2017 and in the last 6 months has supplied 146 tonnes over 8 deliveries. The client’s desire was to have one supplier for all biomass fuel and service activities, which Myriad can provide.

Recently Myriad have launched a new product, “Fuel and Service Wrap”, whereby the client pays an average monthly invoice for all services, the principle of which is to make the process for the client as simple as possible and this has been warmly received.
